How is pricing determined?

My pricing is based on the specifics of each momentous occasion, along with other determining factors such as travel expenses, group size, and time required. It is essential for me to first speak with my clients to fully understand their vision and expectations. I take pride in the quality of my work as well as my dedication to my clients; therefore, it is imperative to gather a full scope of each client's vision. I pride myself on being budget friendly and offering competitive pricing.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

I stand wholeheartedly by both my products and services. If, by some misfortune-avoidable or unavoidable- my client is not satisfied with the outcome of their prints or photo session, I will exhaust all efforts to make it right. This includes, but is not limited to, reshooting the session where applicable (headshots, portraitures, family sessions) at no extra cost. A full refund, including the deposit, will be issued in the event that unforeseen circumstances beyond my control prevent me from capturing a one-time event (wedding, Quinceañera, etc.)

Are services limited to California residents?

I take pride on being versatile when and where the situation necessitates it. Therefore, I am willing and open to travel wherever my services are needed across the continental United States. Travel expenses for such events will be included in the overall pricing of the momentous occasion.

What is required to book a photo session?

Booking a photo session is a trust my clients place in me to fully capture their special moments, and I treat this responsibility with the utmost care-investing my full creativity and attention to detail from beginning to end. The process begins with a complimentary consultation, during which the client's vision is fully realized by discussing all expectations as well as what is needed (time, locations, etc.) to ensure an exceptional experience. If services are then desired and requested I proceed by drawing out an estimate tailored to the specific type of photo session. A deposit totaling 30% of the final estimated cost of the photoshoot, which also secures the chosen date and time, will be required and due at the signing of all contractual documents and release forms.

HOW ARE FINAL IMAGES RENDERED?

All of my final images are rendered as high-quality JPEG files, derived from full-quality RAW image files. This means that from the moment an image is captured, it is done so at the highest possible quality, allowing for maximum flexibility when rendering the final edited images. All images captured during a booked photo session with me are compiled and uploaded to a file-sharing site, where the client can select the images they wish to recieve in the final delivery. Final delivery of the chosen images is provided via media card, external drive, or in print form-at an additional cost-if the client prefers our tangible print options.

How soon can i expect delivery of my photos?

I go above and beyond to ensure the expeditious delivery of my clients' highly anticipated moments. There is no compromise in quality or cutting corners when it comes to bringing my clients' moments to life with vibrant detail; however, we guarantee fast delivery (3 to 5 days) for most photo sessions. Weddings, Quinceañeras, sweet sixteens and more elaborate events typically require a bit more work ( 1 to 2 weeks). I take pride in being both communicative and transparent throughout the entire experience with me. Therefore, my clients can rest assured that they will receive progress updates when necessary, including possible earlier delivery times or notification of any potential delays that could, in rare circumstances, occur.
